We provide pattern development, size grading, and 3D fitting support to make sure your prototype meets brand requirements before mass production.

Material Selection

We source fabrics directly from certified suppliers in Yiwu and Guangdong, covering cotton, nylon, viscose, modal, bamboo fiber, and other specialty blends. Our material library includes functional options like moisture-wicking, antibacterial, stretch-control, and temperature-regulating fabrics. We also provide specialty fabrics that are less commonly available in the market, giving your brand a unique edge.

Production

Mass production takes place in our Yiwu and Guangdong manufacturing facilities equipped with advanced seamless knitting machines, automatic cutters, and computerized sewing systems. Our skilled technicians ensure consistency and precision across every order. Production timelines typically range from 15–30 days, depending on order size and customization requirements.

Quality Control

Each order follows a multi-stage quality control process, including raw material inspection, in-line production checks, and final pre-shipment inspection. Our quality management system operates in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, with strict controls on fit, color consistency, elasticity, and stitching strength before packing.

Delivery
